Bespoke Yoga: One to One Sessions
During the time of the Covid-19 virus there is a tremendous opportunity for yogis – to become more disciplined in regular practice at home, in self-responsibility, and in listening more closely to one’s own body. Private yoga and movement sessions via Zoom are an excellent way to deepen your practice, and learn some new ways to help yourself align, but also to release tension held in the fascial tissue through movement. Learning yoga one-to-one or in a bespoke small group is the best way to learn how to practice safely for your own healing journey.
